Badland Bargains Warranty Policy
1. Return Period:
Customers may return any item that is not working properly within 5 (five) business days of purchase.
2. Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to items that are not functioning as intended at the time of return. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or issues arising from misuse are not covered under this warranty.
3. Receipt Requirement:
Customers MUST present the original receipt for all returns. No exceptions will be made to this rule.
4. Store Credit Options:
In cases where the customer does not have the receipt, but the item still has the original Badland Bargains price sticker attached, returns may be accepted for store credit only.
5. Right of Refusal:
Badland Bargains staff reserves the right to refuse any return at their discretion.
6. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment when the receipt is presented. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns without a receipt.
7. Condition of Returned Items:
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased, with all original packaging and accessories.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as Under Garments, clearance or "as-is" merchandise, may be excluded from this warranty policy.
9. Process:
To initiate a return, customers must bring the item to Badland Bargains during regular business hours along with the required documentation.
10. Final Decision:
All decisions regarding returns and warranty claims are at the sole discretion of Badland Bargains management.
